Are you…
- feeling overwhelmed by a recent ADHD diagnosis?
- a student struggling at school while everyone tells you how smart you are, how much potential you have and you just need to try harder
- feeling stuck in a rut while everyone else races by you, not sure how to dig yourself out and get back on the road headed towards your goals?
ADHD & Executive Function Life Coaching can help!
Fast Brain Coaching helps clients…
- find answers when you are still trying to figure out what questions you need to be asking about ADHD;
- identify your ADHD and executive function strengths and weaknesses and develop the habits and structures and start succeeding;
- identify what got you stuck in that rut in the first place, then clarify your goals and start taking those steps forward.
The world is full of distractions, and ADHD inhibits our ability to tune them out or turn away and redirect our focus back to where it originally was.
Everyone has strengths and weaknesses – success comes when we learn to use our strengths to help us overcome our weaknesses.
Coaching is not just about performance and achievement. It is about making the effort, learning from the process and moving forward toward achieving your goals.

kind words from clients
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! I have new confidence handling our family’s ADHD situations. You’ve been such a blessing!
Your help during our sessions was huge for me. I wouldn’t be where I am now without all of the things I learned and the tools I gained while working with you.
You’re a WONDERFUL COACH! You really helped me get a glimpse of what having a single-minded vision looks like. And what I need to do to stop all the side-activities, people-pleasing, and extraneous, peripheral, seemingly-relevant-to-my-career-but-really-aren’t pursuits!!!
Thank you again for helping me get my house cleared out to the point where I can invite friends over and feel relaxed about it. We achieved the goal we set out to conquer. I truly would not have gotten to this point without you!!
Lollie has taught me to create systems for success and understanding as I navigate the world as an adult with ADHD. Our work together has been revolutionary in my life. Most foundationally, Lollie has helped me dismantle the guilt and shame that came with growing up with ADHD, and by doing this I am also rebuilding my confidence, my understanding of myself, and I am learning to lean into the dynamic gifts that my ADHD does have while building a life that minimizes the challenges ADHD presents.
This summer, I had a credentialing exam, and I also had to travel the country. My travels created a lot of instability and disruption in my daily patterns. Yet, Lollie helped me develop a system of success by breaking down the study materials, designating daily study hours, and she helped to keep me accountable. Ultimately, I passed on my first attempt with a 92%. As someone who grew up with test anxiety and generally low scores on exams, this was an exceptional experience, and it solidified the importance of my work with Lollie.
