ADHD Awareness Month is chock-full of great online stuff- articles, blog post and webinars. (Not sure where to start your search? Check out my ADHD Resources.)
Here are a couple of intriguing webinars from ADDitude Magazine that I’ve registered for –
October 14th (today!), 1-2 pm (EST) –
Understanding ADHD in Woman and Girls with Michele Novotni, Ph.D.
This summer at the ADDA Conference I sat in on a terrific session with Dr. Novotni based on her book What Does Everybody Else Know That I Don’t?: Social Skills Help for Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, so I’m looking forward to her webinar this afternoon.
October 29th, 1-2 pm (EST) –
Adults and ADHD: The Different Types of ADHD, How to Diagnose Them, How to Treat Them with William Dodson, M.D.
This webinar should be a good one for any prospective or new ADDers. I am familiar with Dr. Dodson’s work with our ADD tribe (23 years), but I haven’t had an opportunity to hear him speak, so this is another webinar I’ll definitely be logging into.
Click on the webinar title to register for either webinar – they’re free, courtesy of ADDitude Magazine.
Don’t worry if you can login to either webinar – ADDitude records them and you can listen later via their ADHD Experts Podcast available through iTunes.
